REMOVING SCUTTLE PANLE!!! QUICK HELP?

just wondering how to remove the scuttle panel from my r reg corsa,
socket sizes e.t.c?

i think i did mine with a small adjustable spanner.

i saw something today about removing the scuttle. ill have a look for ya

Nothing special. Think its 13mm for the wipers, an adjustable will do. Starhead screwdriver.

its relatively easy though. just been out to my car.

you will need to remove the wipers though before you take the scuttle off. lift up the cap at the pivot of the wiper stalk and pull it gently as they break very easily. then just undo the nut with an adjustable spanner. dont lose the washer underneath. might need to spray with wd40 or muts nuts on the thread/shaft because 9 times out of 10 it is stuck on the shaft.

mine came off with a gentle tap of 2 hammers at the same time either side of the stalk.

then undo the 5 screws holding the scuttle down (phillips screwdriver needed) and they should come out easy

then its simple removal of the scuttle
